Job Purpose
Managing technical and commercial documents of EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) Enhancement Project. Ensuring availability and integrity of the documents sent to/received from Contractor that is handling the implementation of the new software application at BAPCO site. This will include but not be limited to; coordination with other stakeholders, systematically controlling the flow of documents/information and capturing project related information.



Job Description

This will include but not be limited to; coordination with other stakeholders, systematically controlling the flow of documents/information and capturing project related information.

Job Requirement
Has a Diploma in Office Management or equivalent. - Three years’ experience as Document Controller of projects - Proficiency in using Adobe programs for editing, modifying and converting PDF files and creating bookmarks within large volume documents. - Working knowledge of image reproduction technologies such as digital copying, printing, scanning and image processing for documents. - Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office application such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint and MS- Access. - Proficiency in English language. - Possess good communication skills to communicate with staffs and contractors of various levels.
