Cost Engineer
Investigate and recommend corrective action.
Forecast costs and prepare a complete project cost outlook on a monthly basis.
Monitor costs between outlooks and advise the Project Management of any event or decision that has significant cost impact.
Keep a complete record of changes to the projec
Provide quick cost estimates for design alternatives.

Supervisor
Domestic / International Vendor Bill Processing  for all locations  in the country.
Domestic payment activities for vendor processing
TDS return filing, attending and clearing TDS Notices (Optional)

Ledger Scrutiny and analysis for vendors

Senior Architect
To work with design team for the project designing & detailing of master plan & layout plans based on concept design.

Coordinate with municipal architects to get necessary approvals before & during the construction schedule.
·To coordinate & interact with project construction / execution teams to ensure Quality and timelines as established by the management.
·Should have worked with leading developers in Real Estate Industry and experience in managing large scale residential projects.
 Designing & checking feasibility of all plots that are under scrutiny by business   development, liasioning, Market research & sales department.

Designing basic schemes & getting internal & municipal approval for residential projects.

Assistant Manager - Projects
To plan and schedule project timelines
To monitor and report on progress of the project
To interpret the plans and contract To monitor the work execution strictly as per the plans
To handle execution of day-to-day activities at site
To work according to the schedule given by the management

To maintain the progress of work

Manager(Electrical)- Design
Knowledge of and experience (including space planning) of the entire electrical system, including  substations and related equipment, back-up power system, power distribution system in commercial, retail and residential buildings / sectors, emergency lighting system, lightening protection, earthing, ELV system, fire -detection system, security system, vertical transportation system, etc.
Selection and evaluation of equipment, electrical schematics, SLD, BOQs and technical specifications
Review of consultant’s design and value engineering
Implementation of ECBC, NBC, LEED guidelines and required statutory norms and codes
Close interaction with consultant and contractor for GFC drawing submission and approval
