The Indian Army is the land-based branch and the largest component of Indian Armed Forces. Two officers have been conferred with the rank of field marshal, a five-star rank, which is a ceremonial position of great honour. The Indian Army originated from the armies of the East India Company, which eventually became the British Indian Army, and the armies of the princely states, which finally became the national army after independence. The units and regiments of the Indian Army have diverse histories and have participated in a number of battles and campaigns across the world, earning a large number of battle and theatre honours before and after Independence.

Age : 17 1/2 - 21 (born between 01 October 1998 to 1st April 2002)

Qualification : Minimum education qualification is Matric/10th/SSLC or equivalent with 45% marks in aggregate and minimum 33% marks in each subject studied at Matric/10th/SSLC level without mentioning any specific subjects

Height : 142 cms

Weight : proportionate to height and age as per army medical standards
Unmarried female,women who are windowed,divorced or legally separated are also eligible provided they do not have any children

How to Apply

Candidates with be permitted entry into the rally site on prodction of Admit Card in Duplicate generated online through the official website of indian Army. Anyone found with fake admit card will be handed over to civil police
