► Estimation Head - Civil

Graduate Civil Engineer with minimum 20 years experience in Tender Evaluation: Commercial evaluation of Tenders, Risk identification and its
mitigations, review of bond / bank guarantees requirements. Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables and invoicing). Claim Preparation - Preparing, Submission and negotiation of Claims for Extra Items, Variation, etc.
Monitoring the projects with respect to budgeted cost, project plans. Reviewing & approving construction schedule, w.r.t. Scope Verification, WBS, Activity Sequencing, Activity Duration, Critical Path, Resources, Cost, Production Norms, etc. Undertaking / conducting costs benefit analysis of different‘methods of construction’ and recommending the most viable method. Monitoring the itemlevel cost on a regular basis in order to keep the expenditure within the budget and maintain the profitability.

► Senior Vice President / Vice President - Civil

Graduate Civil Engineer with 15 to 18 years of heavy construction experience out of which 5 to 8 years shall be in a similar position independently handing
