Graduate Civil Engineer with minimum 20 years experience in Tender Evaluation: Commercial evaluation of Tenders, Risk identification and its
mitigations, review of bond / bank guarantees requirements. Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables and invoicing). Claim Preparation - Preparing, Submission and negotiation of Claims for Extra Items, Variation, etc.
Monitoring the projects with respect to budgeted cost, project plans. Reviewing & approving construction schedule, w.r.t. Scope Verification, WBS, Activity Sequencing, Activity Duration, Critical Path, Resources, Cost, Production Norms, etc. Undertaking / conducting costs benefit analysis of different‘methods of construction’ and recommending the most viable method. Monitoring the itemlevel cost on a regular basis in order to keep the expenditure within the budget and maintain the profitability.
► Senior Vice President / Vice President - Civil
Graduate Civil Engineer with 15 to 18 years of heavy construction experience out of which 5 to 8 years shall be in a similar position independently handing
residential / commercial projects in a contracting company. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects (from commencement to completion) for the
simultaneous execution of two or more projects with accountability for timely delivery to highest standards of Safety / Quality with budgetary control
exercised at all times. Candidates must have to co-ordinate with statutory bodies, contractors, vendors etc. Proficiency in latest project
management tools will be an added advantage. UAE experience specifically in high rise buildings is a specific requirement. Age 38 - 45 years.

compliance for all projects. Project Management including Engineering Design, Procurement and Construction. Support technically by reviewing, supervising & monitoring all design, value eng. & construction activities to major projects.

Analysis, Value Engineering, Best Practices prevalent in Interiors and Finishes. Study and get familiarized with the AFC drawings/specifications /
other contract documents received from the Consultant. Study and coordinateproduction of drawings for site mobilization. Visit construction site to enhance understanding/ production of detailed construction drawings. Ensure facilitation of all technical information from site to the Project core group. Manage Time bound production / delivery of shop drawings.
► Planning Manager - Civil
Graduate Civil Engineer with a minimum of 8 to 12 years of GCC Experience managing planning activities of multiple projects. Job responsibilities include
Planning, scheduling, monitoring and control of the project on a continuous basis through work schedules, and reporting systems ensuring smooth
implementation of the project. Candidates should be familiar with Preparing Resource Loading, Manpower Histograms, Cash Flow, S-Curve Critical Indicators and generating reports as required by the Management. Will be directly responsible for project/site planners and must be currently in a
similar role. Age 30 - 35 years.
