1. Prepare budget estimate.
2. Control expenditure, maintain accounts.
3. Assist with the annual audit.
4. Well-versed with the rules and regulation of DoPT, and GFR.
5. Administer employees’ files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances.
6. Maintain the personal file and service records of employees.
7. Supervise completion of the payroll.
8. Supervise administrative services within the office.
9. Perform other related duties as required.
