Desirable Qualifications/ Experience: Two years experience in Finance / Accounts/ Administration / Legal / Establishment/ Human Resources/ Budgeting/ Vigilance/ Procurement/ Planning and policy formulation/ Technical matters/ implementation of government schemes etc.
