- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Full time) from a recognized university
- Minimum 7 years experience in the construction, operation and maintenance of overhead lines at voltage levels of 400kV, 220kV, 132kV, 66kV

- Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction, operation and maintenance of Primary substations at voltage levels of 400 kV, 220kV, 132kV, 66kV, 33kV and 11kV
- Experience in indoor, outdoor, GIS, oil, and vacuum type of switchgears, on-load tap changers and power transformers , reactors , earthing transformers & auxiliaries
