LEGAL ADVISOR

 To support Group Legal Advisor in all Legal matters and to assist all Group Companies for any Legal Consultation.

Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Law from reputed university (LLB).
• 15 years’ experience with legal firm or major corporate Business Entity in KSA.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Construction Industry with thorough knowledge in FIDIC contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Laws & Regulations.
• Well versed in drafting commercial contracts & agreements in Arabic & English.
• Skillful in studying, advising Legal claims & disputes by demonstrating high negotiation skills.

• High command of English language.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
