Our operations from the beginning can be broken down into three stages. The first stage was from 2002 until 2004, which was “the study and understanding period” when we were only producing enough oil to cover our costs.
From 2004 until 2007, we had a period of “stable increases. The direction was towards extracting the easy oil with the original energy. In this second stage the focus was mainly diverted to the Daleel field. This is the phase of adaptation to new technology that was extended in application across the entire Daleel area.
IT Security Lead
Ensure compliance with all the Information Systems and Information Security policies, processes and procedures at all times during their routine work.

Corporate Security Supervisor
To be the focal point for all Daleel HQ security matters
To manage and maintain HQ physical security systems and associated maintenance contracts
Conduct functional and procedural inspections of Daleel HQ security management systems
Develop, implement and coordinate security exercises and drills within the HQ

Senior Planner & Economics
Lead the integration process of strategic corporate business planning framework.
Lead the coordination between corporate functions (i.e E&D, Drilling and Operations) to compile technical and financial plans, in the medium and long-term time frames.

Senior Process Engineer
Ensures surface facilities have adequate capacity to cater for any future increase in production and are capable to meet the required oil, water and gas specifications and initiate projects if required.
Carries out conceptual and feasibility studies for a variety of surface oil and gas projects and accordingly prepare Concept Selection Reports and Basis For Design.
Performs studies related to oil and gas processing, water injection and water treatment and indentify the required stations modifications and upgrade.
Participates in Design Reviews and HAZOP studies during the Front End and Detail Design Engineering phases and provide the required process engineering support.
