Commercial Manager
Management of FIDIC Red Book contracts.
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the engineer and/or client.
Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance of project work.
Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.

Performing risk, value management and cost control.

Crane Operators
Responsible for operation of crane used in heavy lifting and transport
Responsible for personal safety and safety of co-workers

Shows commitment the American Bridge safety culture through personal behavior and willingness to influence others
Responsible for slings, cables, straps, and the crane prior to lifting operations

Perform preventative maintenance as required to ensure safe and continual service of crane

Entry Level Field Engineer 
B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and/or experience •0-2 years experience on bridge and/or steel structures, must be proficient with AutoCAD
Responsible to learn construction practices as required for compliance with federal, state, and local codes; industry standards; company procedures; contractual requirements; etc.
Assists the Project Manager with required documents and information to support the successful completion of construction activities
Serves as resource for project specifications, procedures, relevant portions of contract, etc.

Marine  Project Engineer
B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
5 to 8 years of experience with exposure to projects with moderate to major scope
Solid understanding of constructability reviews, scheduling, resource utilization and efficiency, design/scope change reviews and resolution, quality assurance, quality control, purchase orders and subcontracts, resolution of field and technical anomalies, interfaces with inspection agencies, permitting issues, project closeouts, etc.

Senior Estimator
Leads and directs , oversees or liaisons with Joint Venture Partners, in developing accurate and timely proposals and estimates for both private and public sector projects. Maintains an indirect reporting relationship with the estimating function at the Business Unit level.
Responsible for cash flow, buy/sell of equipment, develop risk register and proposal writing
Responsible for management of JV relationships and comparison sheets
Must have the ability to translate conceptual design, project drawings, CPM schedule, and technical specifications of a bridge, marine, or complex construction projects in to full-scope cost estimates with accurate cost forecasting.
