Human Resources Manager

Main Job Responsibilities:

The HR Manager will be responsible for all development and implementation of HR strategies in hiring, developing and retaining high-caliber talent.

The ideal candidate

will manage the HR team and all HR related activities of NAS Kuwait.

Develop company policies and procedures, strategic tools concerning manpower planning, career planning,
performance management, compensation management, HRMS and employee relations.

Should be well conversant with Kuwait Labour Law, governing rules and regulations of Human
Resources and compliance requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree. MBA in HR Management preferable
• At least 5 years of HR Management experience
• Superior Leadership qualities, strategic vision, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Extensive knowledge of HRM best practices, international HR standards and Kuwait Labor
Law
• Excellent PC Skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and reporting software
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written in English and Arabic
