You will need a good background in accounting, an interest in shipping and a structured and organized approach. You’ll need to be effective.
You will be responsible for:
• Management of general ledger
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and year end closing/ reporting process
• Managing Inter company accounts and reconciliations
• Review profitability and revenue recognition of job accounts
• Maintenance of key vendor accounts
• Ensure all the accounting procedures and documents are strictly adhered to company policies and procedures In return, we will offer you a competitive salary package, an exciting work-place environment and unlimited potential.
You’ll need:
• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance, preferably with CA intermediate or ACCA
• 3 to 5 years experience in similar profile
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines for both processing tasks and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
