Meticulous attention to operational practices is required to ensure the program objectives are achieved safely and efficiently (especially when working on high pressure gas wells).

Manage and provide Well Integrity Engineering support to Well Integrity Dukhan fields.
This includes all engineering aspects of well integrity studies and evaluation throughout the well life from its conception to abandonment.
Perform modeling and interpretations of well data to ascertain which of the wells require immediate integrity investigation.
Evaluate drilling, work over and completion proposals specifically related to well integrity concerns.

Direct and control operations at the rig site to ensure they are performed in accordance with QP requirements and without any accidents of any kind. Ensure that the operations are efficiently and safely performed in compliance with the approved drilling or work over program, the Drilling Reference Manual (DRM) the Drilling Department "golden rules" and that all rig site personnel are aware of and adhere to these requirements.
