»Quality Manager
Design, implement, and maintain companywide Quality Management System. Ensure on-going review, maintenance and improvement of an effective Quality Management System to ensure requirements of ISO9001 are met.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining an internal audit schedule, as well as planning and coordinating internal audits and corrective action follow up. Responsible for carrying out internal audits and be responsible for ensure that the annual audit plans are delivered.
Ensure that the performance of the QMS is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. This includes assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the QMS.
Ensure that all suppliers used by the organization are selected, evaluated and reevaluated and that records of this assessment are maintained.
Ensure that top management undertakes periodic but regular assessments of customer satisfaction and that consequent improvements are identified and implemented.
Analyze data on the effectiveness of the QMS and evaluate where continual improvements of the QMS can be made. This shall include data generated as a result of monitoring and measurement and from other relevant sources.
Co-ordinate continual improvements of the QMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed

»Field Support Technician-OptoSeis Land
Assist with hand carry deployment and optical splicing solutions and procedures for Land Seismic System, including concise documentation of crew instructions and infield operation guidelines.
Accumulate hands-on experience during experimentation of manual cable handling methodology, and testing of mobile splicing solutions with a view to finding most efficient workable process for line crews.
Gain a good working knowledge of fiber splicing. Assist with layout and design of mobile splicing unit within field vehicle for line crew use in the field, and for transport and deployment of optical equipment and tools.
Actively participate in the Design and Development process, both initiating and also engaging in technical review meetings, sharing of ideas, discussion of test findings, and plans to move forward.
Use previous field experience to support development and delivery of practical solutions to our customers, designed for reliable and repeatable use in harsh high temperature dusty environments.
Support and be actively involved in all US based field testing and overseas field trials, Middle East region.
Collaborate with fellow Design/Development Engineers, Project Managers, Technicians, Manufacturing and Quality Engineers, Sales, Marketing, Business Development Managers, and also suppliers & vendors.
Work within pre-established project time lines and project plans, and be accountable for completing work in a timely manner without sacrifice of quality or compromise of safety.
