»Control Operators
Operates, controls and maintains a steady state of operation of crude processing units and related equipment in the most safe and efficient manner to meet required throughput, maximize yield and meet required quality specifications. Handles all unit emergencies. Ensures the operations are in accordance with established procedures and instructions.

»Category Specialist
Perform Category / Sub category Analysis such as market and suppliers analysis, SWOT, Porters Analysis, supplier segmentation etc. to develop category plan & sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
Assess Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and perform should cost analysis for assigned category to identify sourcing Opportunities.
Define, manage and implement contract management plans to ensure contract compliance alongside supplier strategies to the assigned category in the organization.
Conduct strategic sourcing and develop contracts for assigned category, ensuring that tender law is followed and suppliers are qualified to deliver goods and services.

To undertake complex organizational and manpower reviews leading to organization restructuring and design of departmental and divisional manpower requirements. This involves determination of correct staffing levels, the development of new or revised organization structures, job design, manpower allocation, manpower planning and control as well as succession planning in order to maximize human resource efficiency.

»Business Analyst - Procurement 
Collects and analyzes data, monitors current state of category implementation and captures best practices and lessons learned, and identifies potential gaps and opportunities to provide necessary inputs for Category Plans.
Assist in the implementation of Category Management through the use of Process Tools and templates to on time development of category plan & sourcing strategies.
Supports Category Management team through benchmarking, research, keeping abreast of current events, economic climates and country regulations to ensure that necessary business inputs are available for category management team.
