• TEAM ASSISTANT/ TRANSACTION PROCESSOR
Job Description:
• Support & Resource Management function (Accounting / Finance functions) in the office by initiating and following up on financial transactions.
• Draft routine correspondence and proof reads materials:
• Assist in preparation and logistical planning fo,. events (e.g .- missions. conferences and workshops);
• Coordinate schedules. monitors changes. and communicates the information to the appropriate staff:
.•Track assigned task/project steps/timetables, coordinates with relevant staff staff and provides assistance and / or information on project-related matters:
• Support the Resource Management function in the office by initiating and following up on financial transactions;
• Maintain distribution lists, telephone/address lists of project / product contacts:
.• Assist team by translating / drafting a variety of routine documents:
• Offer other general administrative and office support functions as nece5sary upon business needs:
Competencies:
• Technology and systems knowledge - Demonstrates advanced knowledge and experience working with Microsoft officeapplications (Excel. PowerPoint. Word. etc.). Has ability and willingness to maintain up-to date knowledge and skill as technology.

Selection Criteria:
.•Minimum Education/Experience: High school diploma with 2 years of experience. or equivalent combination of education andexperience. Bachelor degree preferred
.• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Knowledge of the Saudi Government / business context and Saudi culture an! preferred:
.• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and liaise with Bank staff and respective Government counterparts.
