To ensure the high quality and efficient execution of all operations, including in such areas as concessions, facility operations and maintenance,
guest services, sales and promotions/events.
Responsible for translating corporate initiatives into tangible results through effective leadership and management of the team.
This position shall foster and build positive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders along with creating a positive working environment for our people.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (Preferably Hotel and Restaurants, Hospitality or any related field)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Entertainment/ Cinemas or Hospitality Industry with a proven track record in a leadership role within a fast paced, service based, environment.
• Excellent English Communication Skills (Written and Spoken) Arabic is an Advantage
• Commitment to excellence in Guest service with proven ability to maintain significant attention to detail.
• Highly proficient with food production, revenue control procedures and related systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining fiscal planning documents (i.e. budgets.)

Key Accountabilities:
All Qualified candidates for this position will be assigned in:
• Box Office (Ticketing)
• Concession (F&B Sales)
• Usher (Floor Customer Service)
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Experience in Five Star Hotels or Restaurants is a definite plus.
• With Good F&B, Fine Dining Background and Sales ability
• Administrative Functions
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Good Communication skills (Arabic is a definite advantage).
