The candidate should have the following Skills.

1. In Depth knowledge of ASP.NET
2. WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
3. LINQ to SQL
4. JQuery , javascript
5. SQL SERVER
6. N-Tier Architecture
7. Good Object Oriented Concept.
8. Work on Telerik Controls
