Al Ghalia WLL was founded in Bahrain in 1997 and originally named MisFu WLL. The first of the company’s outlets, Mezzaluna, was opened later that same year and Monsoon restaurant followed in 2000, under the name of Al Ghalia.
In 2003, we decided to bring together all our outlets under one name to better reflect the strength of our brand and to facilitate the expansion of our company, not only in the restaurant division but also in the areas of Health & Beauty, Construction and Landscaping.

• Japanese Kitchen - Sushi Chef

Reporting to the Head Chef, but in charge of developing the Japanese section of the menu in our award-winning Pan-Asian restaurant. Extensive sushi experience , with creativity and flair. Ability to lead and train staff.

• Pan-Asian Dining -Restaurant Manager (Female)

Lead this award-winning restaurant to new heights. Bring your experience to improve service and systems, develop the team and make all of our guests
feel special. 5 years of management experience is essential for this role.


• Patisserie - Boutique Manager

A growing chain of much-loved, extremely busy Patisseries is seeking the right person to manage their retail boutiques. Must be able to assist VIP clients, order and control stock, ensure extremely high standards of health and hygiene and exhibit a customer-focused attitude at all times. Preference will be given to
Arabic speakers.
