Dolphine Energy Job Openings | Qatar

In 1999, the government of Abu Dhabi established Dolphin Energy Limited to implement the Dolphin Gas Project. This unique strategic energy initiative began gas production in July 2007. The Project involves production and processing of natural gas from Qatar's offshore North Field and transportation of the processed gas by subsea pipeline to the UAE and Oman.


•Operations Compliance and reporting Officer
Manage Operations Excellence function, provide guidance to Technical expert and Planning & Scheduling expert, as needed and review and finalize their assigned Improvement projects.
Improve overall Operations business performance working with management and different level peer groups.

•Field HSE Coordinator
Deals with all incoming and outgoing correspondance and communication including, calls, faxes, mail, e-mail, memorandums, reports, etc, as per specific instructions and company procedures in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
Responsible for safety walk down through the tower and identifies any unsafe acts or conditions and reports to HSE Manager. Intervenes and stop work for any unsafe acts or conditions as needed.  

•Accounts Payable Accountant
Logs the invoices in SAP normally known as parking of the document after verifying the invoice is addressed to Dolphin Energy Limited and that the invoice is issued against a valid 
commitment (LPO, PO, WSO, or Contract including Frame Work Order) and this reference is available on the invoice.
Processes invoices by checking arithmetical accuracy of amounts and relevant details, ensuring compliance with contractual/agreement provisions and ensures proper and complete authorization.

•Budgeting & REporting Analyst
Participates in the budgeting process, by preparing budget input templates, by preparing budget backup templates, and training the budget coordinators on inputting the data into the budgeting and reporting system. Helps in preparing the budget book after ensuring data accuracy in the system. Ensures budget changes during various department reviews are properly captured. Ensures proper web display of each department’s budget.

•Business Constinuity Management Specialist
Responsible for managing the development and implementation of the Business Continuity Program for the company.
Develop, maintain, or implement business continuity  strategies and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analyses,  and documentation of business continuity  procedures.

•Emergency Management Specialist
Critical management function that provides technical expertise & support in the field of crisis and emergency management as well as emergency response in line with Dolphin’s QHSE Management System.
Assists with development and implementation of crisis & emergency management plans (EMP’s) & emergency response plans (ERP’s) to ensure Dolphin’s Business Units have adequate emergency preparedness arrangements.

•Manpower Analyst
Perform activities related to the collection, compilation and analysis of data requisite for the development of Dolphin Energy’s  annual Manpower Budget i.e. available vacancies, budget, etc liaising with the HR Strategic Partners to ensure timely completion of manpower planning budget.
Support the Manager Manpower Planning and Reporting in the communication of the final approved Manpower Budget, and Organization Charts in addition to monitoring the implementation process highlighting any relevant issues.

•Recruitment Officer (Nationals Only)
Develop and maintain professional relations with local, regional, and international recruitment agencies to ensure that right caliber professionals are selected and attracted to Dolphin Energy.
Liaise with the Communication department in order to participate in regular graduate recruiting cycles that will involve events on campus, participating in employment conferences and job fairs in order to effectively represent Dolphin Energy’s brand and attract high quality nationals.

•HR-Policies & Procedures Specialist
Review the external market and existing policies and recommend revisions when there are required changes to ensure our policies and procedures remain relevant.
Develop new HR policies and procedures in conjunction with the process owner.

•Compensation & Benefits Analyst
Supports the development of a Total Rewards strategy.
Reviews salary structure and current basic salaries of employees and advises management on the business case for adjustments if necessary.
