The Technical Manager is responsible for all technical and maintenance aspects of Magic Island theme parks. The person will ensure that the overall facilities, attractions, rides and gaming machines are operating efficiently with proper regular maintenance and high H&S standards.
Minimum Qualifications Required: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, minimum of 5 years in senior technical post, strong technical operational background, and strong command in English.
• MAGIC ISLAND GENERAL MANAGER
The Magic Island General Manager is responsible for the P/L and overall operations of Magic Island including but not limited to daily operations,
manpower management and training of staff, customer service, sales and marketing, technical issues, health and safety, security, business development and budget management and control.
Minimum Qualifications Required: The preferred candidate must have a post graduate degree in the relevant field with a minimum experience of 10 years
in a senior post, preferably in the amusement and theme parks industry.
• INTERNAL AUDITOR
The Internal Auditor is responsible for planning, executing and reporting operational, financial, regulatory, and compliance related audits/reviews of
Seef Properties BSC. A secondary role is to provide advice on internal control to Seef Properties Management.
Minimum Qualifications Required: CA/CPA/CIA with 3-5 years internal audit experience preferably in real estate and hospitality sector. Solid understanding
of Internal Auditing principles and standards. Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred candidate must speak Arabic.
• ACCOUNTANT
Performs a variety of professional level accounting duties involved in preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying and reconciling complex financial transactions, statements, records and reports, maintains the accuracy of Seef Properties’
financial systems.
Minimum Qualifications Required: The applicant must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years GCC experience as an accountant.
Experience in Oracle Financials is preferred. Fluent in English.
