The company is seeking talented staff to join their courier operations urgently for the following positions:

• Operations Supervisor(2 Positions)

• Must have at least 3 - 5 years of experience
• Courier industry experience is a plus
• Good Communication skills
• Good Problem Solving ability
• People and Service oriented
• Strategize & Manage all areas of operation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace environment.
 

• Customer Service Officer(2 Positions)

• Must have at least 2 -3 years of experience
• Good knowledge of courier industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle escalations smoothly
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace environment.
