POST : CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the top and bottom line performance of the company in line with the budget and Business Plan approved by the Board.
• Reporting to the Executive Committee and the Board on a monthly/quarterly basis to exhibit company's operation, growth and future development
and its performance in terms of KITs and objectives.
• Strengthen and ensure increase in Sales targets agreed with principals as per approve budget/ business plan.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Management with MBA or Post Graduation.
• At least 10 years' experience in Retail as well as in Selling & Distribution of major food and non-food brands.
• Must have a valid GCC driving license.
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with volume of work when required.
• Age range: 40 to 45 years old.
