A) Matriculation/SSLC Plus ITI from recognised Institution of NCVT/SCVT in the trades of Armatuer and Coil Winder/Electrician/Electronics Mechanic / Fitter / Heat Engine / Instrument Mechanic / Machinist / Mehanic Diesel / Mechanic Motor Vehicle / Millwirght Maintenance Mechanic / Mechanic RAdio & TV / Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic / Turner / Wireman
B) 3 years Diploma in Mechanica/ Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering
12th (+2 Stage) or its equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. 50% marks is not to be insisted upon in case of SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disabilty/ Ex- Servicemen and candidates who possess qualifications higher than 12th (+2 Stage). Typing proficienct 40 w.p.m in English or 35 w.p.m in Hindi on computer is essential.
