How to Apply
Eligible candidates may apply online at IIT Palakkad’s website (direct link is given below) from 27 August 2019 to 27 September 2019.
Step 1 : Create login
Create a new account using the link in the USER LOGIN menu on the right side bar. You will get an activation email in your registered mail ID. The email will have the instructions to login and set the password.
If “Already user exists” error comes at the time of account creation, use “Request new password” link in the USER LOGIN menu. You will get activation link again with instructions to reset the password.
PS: Candidates are requested to check their spam folder. If the mail goes to spam, mark it as not spam and important. Please use an email ID that doesn’t have any third party spam blockers.
Step 2 : Fill Basic Details
Fill basic data with Basic Profile Edit Menu
Step 3 : Add Qualification Details
Enter Qualifications one by one with Add Qualification menu
Step 4 : Add Experience Details
Enter Experience one by one with Add Experience menu
Step 5 : Upload Files
Upload a passport size photograph, Signature, Qualifiying Degree and Community Ceritficate (If required) in (jpg, jpeg) format with Upload button
Step 6 : Apply to Post
Select the posts, which you want to apply . Use Ctrl key to select multiple posts if eligible.
Step 7 : Application Preview and Final Submission
Preview Application Details with Application Preview menu. Carefully check all the details entered. If any changes required then goto approriate menu and change the details.After making sure that all the details are entered correctly, submit the application using the Final Submission button on the bottom of the page. No further changes will be possible after this step.
Step 8 : Payment
Make the payment “Menu for Payment” menu.
Step 9 : Print Application
Print application using the “Final Application” menu. Go to bottom of the page and then click on Print Application link. A printout/hardopy of this page should be signed by the candidate and posted to ,
