Requirements

Degree of a University,recognized by the state government,
Degree or Diploma in Social Science, or LLB Degree with Labour Laws as elective subject, of a recognized University or an Institution, and
Adequate knowledge of Malayalam
Minimum three years post qualification managerial experience in matters of Human Resources,Welfare in a Public Sector Undertaking/Engineering Company/factory.

Experience of working in an ERP/SAP/Computerized environment desirable.

Age Limit: 30

Salary: Rs 40,000 - 1,40,000 per month
