SalesForce focal point for coordinating supply requirements for New Business. This includes generating all SalesForce
Reports in order to ensure full alignment of new business opportunities (volumes, timing, impact to supply reliability, etc)

Contract Specialist
All of this is focused on reducing the costs to the business and driving out waste, while ensuring security of supply to ongoing operations, projects, and turnarounds.
Accountable for the overall development and delivery (end-to-end implementation) of procurement strategies to maximize the value of spend on a total life cycle basis.
Lead the development of contracting strategies including tender, negotiation and award and the post-award contract management and continuous improvements against the deals.

Ensure those parts/tools/equipment are available for scheduled work.
Establish and maintain “job kit” system to provide for planned work, maintain MRO supplies as necessary to support maintenance activities.
Prepare appropriate activity reports in coordination with accounting.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors in support of optimized maintenance stores inventory.
