Reporting the the Director, Inland & Intermodal, as part of a small management team you will need to ensure that the day to day operation of the Dusseldorf office is supported in an efficient and timely manner and in a condition appropriate for staff to use. You will co-ordinate the effective ordinary administration requirements of the team and co-ordinate office activities to ensure maximum efficiency.

Deputise for the Engineering Manager at designated times.
