We’re looking for a determined go-getter with an ability to operate at a strategic and operational level to take charge of day-to-day operations covering our main sites. You will be responsible for profitability, performance results and sustaining customer satisfaction at all times. You will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve set targets, understand the market including the competition and formulate product, branding and marketing strategies.
Educated to graduate level, aged between 40-50 years, you should have at least 5 years experience as a General Manager, or equivalent. The ability to operate bilingually in both English & Arabic would be advantageous.

You’ll take charge of operations on a day-to-day level at a strategic and operational level in the Fleet/Tender Division. Responsibilities include planning, directing and monitoring operations within the division. You will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of the market and awareness of the competitor activity and ensure that all opportunities are maximized and that the sales and delivery processes are of the highest standards. Working to specific KPIs, you’ll make sure that the market share continues to grow, profitability targets are met and customer satisfaction is of the highest standard.
Educated to graduate level, you should have a 12 years relevant experience. The ability to communicate in both English & Arabic would be advantageous.
