You will need a good background in Human Resources, the ability to train our on-line courses to our
people, an interest in shipping and logistics, fantastic Microsoft XL, Word and Powerpoint capability and a structured and organised approach. You’ll need to be effective.
You will be responsible for:
• Streamlining our current administration and providing proactive renewal alerts for documentation, leave balances, ad-hoc items
• Implementing our Global ISO 9001:2008 system into the business, and then initiating WSS Qatar as a pilot site for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Recruitment for all employee levels of 4 business units
• Bringing our training back into the classroom, delivering ready-made online courses to our employees
• Planning and then implementing a WSS Training Academy in Qatar for fast track recruits for WSS countries across the Middle East Region
• Maintaining fleet expenditure records and providing analysis from them, assisting with fleet replacement strategy

• A proven ability to train all employee levels

• A valid clean Qatari driving licence and a transferable visa
