» SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYORS (Mechanical / Electrical)
To work for leading MEP contracting company in Saudi Arabia, as per the following requirements & capabilities:
• To provide commercial and contractual QS services.
• Having an experience of 5 to 10+ years in the same field.
• Being previously employed as QS by MEP contractors.
• BE degree qualified; either Mechanical, Electrical or QS discipline.
• Have knowledge and understanding of FIDIC Contracts.
• Experience of commercial, retail or hospitality projects.
• Ability to prepare, measure and agree MEP variations.
• Ability to prepare contractual correspondence, instruction etc.
• Ability to prepare documents and notices for EoT and cost claims.
• Ability to prepare cash flows, cost reports and cost control details.
» QUANTITY SURVEYORS (Mechanical / Electrical)
• To provide commercial and contractual QS services.
• Having an experience of 3 to 5+ years in the same field.
• Being previously employed as QS by MEP contractors.
• BE degree qualified; either Mechanical, Electrical or QS discipline.
• Experience of commercial, retail or hospitality projects.
• Ability to prepare, measure and agree MEP variations.
• Ability to prepare and submit payment applications.
• Assist in preparation of EoT and cost claims.
• Assist with cost control, cash flows and cost reporting.
• Administer subcontractor / supplier PO’s and accounts.
