Job Description and Technical Skills:

-Cisco unified communication manager configuration NTP , DHCP , Users , LDAP
Synchronization , SCCP and SIP phone registration , MGCP & H.323 gateway, , route plan , Hunting , Translation and Transformation , Partition & Calling
Search Space , Phone features and customization , Inter cluster Trunk , SIP Trunk , MGCP fallback & SRST . Multi site Dial-plan consideration, Ext
Mobility, Mobile connect and Mobile voice access, cisco jabber.

-CISCO Call Manager Express Installation and Configuration ,

-Analog and digital voice port configuration FXS, FXO, Digital interface T1/E1. SIP Trunk and gatekeeper configuration.

- Cisco unity connection, unity Express, Cisco Contact center and Cisco unified Presence integration and configuration with CUCM.

-Media resource and DSP configuration ( Transcoding , MTP , Conference and MoH )
-Advance Routing (Redistribution) configuration. 

-Work on Cisco Unified Communication Manager 6 & 7 and 8.6 and 9.x, 10.X 

-ISR Router as a voice and data gateway .

-Work on CISCO catalyst Switch , 2960, 3550 Inline power. 3560 PoE, 3750 POE Core Switch 6513 .

- VMware ESX, VMware vSphere Client and VMware
Workstation
Installation and configuration for different type of
servers

- Excellent communications skills.
