1. Monitoring the progress of contractors and suppliers involved in all time-bound project elements ensuring strict adherence to approved standards. Take appropriate corrective actions whenever significant variations were identified. 2. Contributing and coordinating Construction Project Management / Supervision activities ensuring that client interests are fully protected and optimized. 3. Ensuring that the project is constructed according to Scope of Work (SOW), Drawings & Technical Specifications of the Construction contracts. 4. To manage this project from the initial stages which involves all technical aspects, planning, procurement, resources, co-ordination with the Client, authorities and Engineer and the execution of all works. 5. Produce cost-effective solutions leading to increased productivity, decreased labour costs, and improved quality control and ensure safety procedure is being followed. Provide hands-on, day-to-day project management of the Project team during the execution phase of projects . 6. Quickly solve problems and made decisions using data, design goals and local industry standards. Demonstrated ability to direct a team of technical professional engineers to meet or exceed project goals. 7. Reviewing and commenting on construction programs, scheduling and monitoring and reporting work progress against established schedules, ensuring construction plans meet design guidelines and specifications of building code, negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, budget controlling and contract administration. 8. Planning for all resources
required to perform the project in a timely manner. Control schedules, contracts and manage teams responsible for them respectively. Establish and implement operational, technical, commercial, financial and administrative controls on Projects. 9. Dealing with Consultants, client for solving construction problems and to deliver the project according to the specification taking in consideration the safety and environmental requirements. 10. Dealing with all governmental sectors to obtain Non objection certificates

Carry out duties related to Scheduling, Progress Measurement and Forecasting of the activities of the projects.

Responsibility includes design and AutoCAD drafting of complete Fire Fighting and Alarm works including pipe sizing, pipe layout, fire suppression systems, fore alarm, fire pump room layouts.
6 years experience in Fire and Gas Maintenance in Oil & Gas refineries . Preference to those who can Join immediately
| •Design & Estimation Engineer (Fire Dept) |
Experience/ Ability to handle the Design, estimation, sales, submittals, and orders related to fire alarm systems. Knowledge of security systems is an advantage.
| •High Voltage (HV) Maintenance Technicians |
Carry out specialist maintenance and repairs applicable to the high voltage electrical distribution systems voltages up to 66,000 volts.
| •HVAC Mechanical Technician |
Industrial training or Trades Certificate in Mechanical / HVAC from a recognized technical institute. Ability to read, write and speak English.
1. Minimum 6 yrs. exp. in the maintenance of central HVAC plants preferably with Gulf experience on air-cooled chillers and package of the make Carrier, York, Liebert, etc., & split A/C. 2. Thorough hands-on experience in HVAC mechanical, related controls like Staega (Siemens) controllers & instrumentation. 3. Well-skilled in independently overhauling ASC compressors. 4. Capabale of performing brazing, soldering, heating, insulation repair and touch-up painting. 5. Priority on candidates available within UAE.
5- 10 years experience in maintenance of HVAC To manage PPM schedules, trouble shooting of chillers, package units, pumps, etc. Preferably located in the UAE with a Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum of 5 years experience in planning and scheduling. Knowledge in MAXIMO is an added advantage. Must possess a good knowledge in using Computer and good ability in activity scheduling. Familiar with MS Office, MS Project, etc. Must be able to communicate well.

Minimum of 6 years experience in Fire & Gas System, Fire Suppression System, Gas Protection System ,CCTV, PAVA and equivalent. Should have a working experience in Oil & Gas Environment for at least 5 years and has a strong understanding on HSE Procedures and International Safety Standards. In addition, the Supervisor must have a strong character and good skills in manpower management, time management and problem solving. Must be able to lead and communicate well at all levels.
| •Site Engineer (Fire Protection & Security Sys Dept) |
Minimum of 8 years experience in Fire & Gas System, Fire Suppression System, Gas Protection System , CCTV, PAVA and equivalent. Should have a working experience in Oil & Gas Environment for at least 5 years and has a strong understanding on HSE Procedures and International Safety Standards. In addition, the Project Engineer must have working experience on Simplex, PLC systems and other equivalent F&G System Solutions in terms of Installation & Commissioning. This includes programming and system optimization. The Site Engineer must have a good communications skills and good technical reporting capabilities. With good leadership skills and problem solving skills.
