• Facilities ManagerOversees the effective implementation of computerized preventive maintenance, energy management, time and holiday scheduling programs as per maintenance standards of the Region >  Liaises with relevant Engineering Sections for timely and efficient service maintenance of all computerized building systems in the Region

• Facilities Engineer Assists in preparing and reviewing scope of works specific to general electro-mechanical projects in the Region; assists in reviewing designs, drawings and specifications of electro-mechanical equipment and systems>> Analyzes operation of electro-mechanical projects and optimizes the performance of systems and equipment and assists in preparing work schedules and time tables for concerned projects and follows-up as required

• Civil EngineerPrepares design/specification/quotations, invitation to tenders, and tender evaluation statements for civil construction projects. Arranges for orders to implement minor alteration to existing sites as per Admin Capital and Operating Budget items >> Reviews the drawings and designs for new projects and proposes changes as required along with appropriate comments/justifications

• MEP SupervisorDemonstrates thorough proficiency in the operation & maintenance of various air- conditioning/mechanical plants & auxiliary equipment as per design specifications & technical standards.>>Supervises & attends to the day to day activities including remote station attendance & call-out duties to ensure efficient servicing of all systems & equipment in assigned locations.

• Civil SupervisorDemonstrates proficiency relating to Civil Construction/Building Maintenance tasks in the assigned sites as per Etisalat procedures, practices & quality standards.>>Provides continuous site supervision & checks the quantity, quality and work.

• Teamleader / Civil Maintenance• Supporting the Civil Engineer in planning and scheduling the civil works maintenance activities – including the decision which requests can be handled.>>• Ensuring that all infrastructure is functional and well maintained and that repairs are done in a timely and equitable manner.

• Coordinator · Ability to produce technical reports · Must posses techncial skills to analyse scenarios · Coordinate with Civil Maintenance team · Must posses excellent communication & MS skills

• Finishing CarpenterPrepares, installs and maintains carpentry items in accordance with the drawings/design/specifications using a variety of hand tools. Ensures that the quantity, quality and completion schedules as per instructions/requirements are complied with.>· Prepares material requirements for assigned carpentry work.

• MasonRepairs cracks of RCC and Block work in the Region’s office, technical buildings and sites.>>·Repairs or replaces ceramic tiles in washroom, kitchens, battery rooms etc. of building and various sites. · Checks up area requiring breakage, cement plastering etc. and attends to the repair/renewal.

• Painter·Demonstrates good knowledge of painting and finishing methods and skills in paint mixing and operating a variety of applying equipment such as bristle brushes, dip/fountain pressure roller, paint spray, etc.>>· Surveys building/site, assess painting work and material requirements.
