• SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL) (Code: SPMC)


Minimum 10 -15 years proven project management experience.

B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. With a proactive and hands on approach and able to demonstrate Project Management expertise from inception, execution to successful handover.

Strong administrative ability, with a consistent track record of delivery is mandatory.

Professionally qualified with extensive experience gained with major main contractors is desired.

GCC experience is an added advantage.

• FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (Code: FC)


Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration with Minimum 15 years of working experience in a Contracting Company.

Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans. Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy. Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.

Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial
statements. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.

Assist the Chief Executive Officer with financial reporting as required at Board Level to support the decision making process. Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations and legal
departments.


• PROJECT / SITE ENGINEERS (CIVIL) (Code: SEC)


Minimum 3-8 years proven experience.

B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Experience in site management, control of resources, knowledge of quality control, preparation of daily and monthly reports, look-ahead program Etc.


• OPERATIONS MANAGER (Code: OM)


Minimum 15 years proven relevant operational management experience, familiar with FIDIC and JCT.

Experience in the GCC preferred.

BSc. degree in Engineering, construction management or equivalent field from a reputed university with a Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying background.

Professionally represent the business and effectively support company strategic
initiatives. Preconstruction, Business Development and Marketing knowledge.

Responsible for ensuring effective, efficient, profitable projects/operations in accordance with financial standards, employee selection, coaching, mentoring,
training and performance management.


• LAND SURVEYOR (Code: LS)


Minimum 2 -7 years experience.

B.E. or B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Land Surveying. With experience in setting out a site, fixing plot coordinates, establishing bench marks, setting
datum and data points.
