Al Awael Building
Contracting Company has started with the construction of independent
villas in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in the year 1995. Since its
inception, the company has secured its rank as a growth contributor to
the economy of Ras Al Khaimah as well as the United Arab Emirates as a
whole. With the opening up of economy in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah
and led by the dynamic management, the company has fast paced its
growth and has stretched its reach to the construction of various types
of buildings, viz. high-rise and multistoried residential &
commercial buildings as well as group villas, private villas,
industrial buildings, hospitality & healthcare buildings, shopping
malls, sewerage treatment plants, etc. With the available opportunities
in the neighbouring emirates, the group has further extended it’s
operations in the emirates of Umm Al Quwain in early 2000’s and to the
emirate of Dubai. Currently the group plan to cater to the requirements
of other emirates of UAE and abroad.
• Project Manager
with 10 - 15 years exp. Indian / Arab exp. in ministry
of public works preferred; & Draftsman, with 2-3 years exp. in MEP.
