It was in 1963 that he owned two trucks and started the transporting business. In 1970, the fleet was made bigger by inducting 3 more trucks. In 1972, he added a few heavy machines into the fleet, there by laying the foundation for the Sayed Kadhem Al Durazi Contracting Establishment, which was formed in the year 1974.
