 Qualification : Degree in engineering with 10 years exp. in marketing of industrial valves

-PRODUCTION MANAGER
 Qualification : Degree/Diploma with 10 years exp. in valve industry
 (Retired persons with shop floor exp. in valve industry can also apply)

-QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
 Qualification :10 years Exp in Production/Inspection/Standards of valve components

-DESIGN ENGINEER
 Qualification:Degree/Diploma with minimum 6 years exp. in valve design

-ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR
 Diploma in engineering with  minimum 3-4 years of exp. in valve assembly
