Job Purpose
Responsible for managing the P&L and driving sales for the store through efficient store operations, Customer service delivery, Motivation and retention of store personnel and adherence to company norms

To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store
To monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations
To Control Shrinkage
Implement Plans to maximize Sales and meet or exceed the budget
To ensure process implementation by focusing on
Effective Store Operations and Performance
Communication
Planning & Organizing
Safety and Security
Handling for Govt / Official Visits
Custodian of Store Assets
Crate Reconciliation
Petty Cash Management
To lead and Motivate Store Team to Increase Sales and Efficiency by providing greater product knowledge
To Control attrition and foster the group culture values amongst all employees
To ensure that all prescribed Standards are adhered to by the Store Team
