When Daleel took over Block 5 in 2002 it was producing about 4,500 barrels per day (bpd). We used a different approach with horizontal water-flooding technology and gradually managed to increase our production up to almost 41.000 bpd on average in 2013. By 2015 our target is to achieve production of 50,000 barrels per day.Daleel Petroleum is one of the leading oil producers in Oman. To analyse the current chemical effectiveness and provide monthly report
To provide the field with the to run their operation effectively
 Monitoring & optimizing of quantity and quality chemical injected.
Monitoring of corrosion / scale in water flood.

Ensures that all fire safety health and environmental aspects are covered in areas of responsibility

»Field Programmer
Maintain a high level of safety awareness and standards in all daily duties and tasks and guide the subordinate staff on safe working practices.
Proactively manage all HSE aspects of Production activity execution and compliance with directorate HSE plan.
Ensure all wells are tested as per plan and data is entered in the AVM

QC the data entered and advice FPT if any variations are noticed

»Drilling Fluids ,Cement & Mud Log Engineer
Follow all safety, health and environmental policies of the Company at all times.
Ensure that all QHSE requirements are fully under compliance.
Design, coordinate and follow up Drilling fluids, Cement program and Mud logging operations. Apply require changes to enhance drilling operation performance, which lead to optimize the non productive time and well expenditure.

Evaluate, validate and approve Drilling Fluid, Cementing and Mud Logging performed jobs and invoices.

»Business Planner
Assist the Planning Team Leader in various planning tasks and provide him with all support required in planning aspects.
Ability to coordinate for annual updating for the company scorecard and arrange to quarterly collect & record company performance against the respective year target.
Keep good tracking & have a good recording system of all the work performed by the planning section.

Coordinate with respective departments to get the required data, arrange them and send them to the requesting party.
