»MANAGER - CALL CENTER

Job Description

• The role is accountable for providing day-to-day functional leadership within the call centre which
requires an understanding of technical skill responsibilities

• Develop, lead and motivate employees to deliver outstanding customer service, customer satisfaction and accuracy

• Responsible for achieving measurable results on time and on budget



• Ensure effective development and implementation of change initiatives to improve and maximize customer satisfaction

• Maintain and improve call center operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and
resolving problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• MBA degree strongly preferred

• Fluent Arabic and English verbal and written
communication skills

• Ability to foster relationships and build teams

• Good problem-solving skills

Job Description

• The role is to support the retail staff team and drive sales growth by implementing a sales plan to
each employee

• Implement a consistent and clear vision of the Customer Service structure to enable continuous
growth and development

• Continuous training for the Customer Service team ensuring they have full and up to date knowledge of both the product and best Customer Service practice

• Review current Customer Service processes, challenge and suggest improvements where necessary

» JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL

Job Description

• The role is to provide a professional legal and regulatory advisory service to the business

• Handing all aspects of commercial and contract law

• Participate in contractual negotiations and working with external counsel when necessary

• Review of contracts and manage day to day legal paperwork of the business

• Advise on contracts, business agreements, terms and conditions and other legal documents

• Advise on telecommunications regulation and applicable legislation

• Represent the business with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) as and when necessary

• Proactively review operational processes to identify legal and regulatory issues and advise on
acceptable and effective solutions

• Keep up to date with developments and changes in the law and the regulatory environment in the
Kingdom of Bahrain and internationally.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Law

• Demonstrate a strong set of general legal skills

• Outstanding Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills
