I'm indian, I put my profiles and resumes on jobsdb.com and monster.com but there is no reponse from an agency nor a company willing to hire. I'm having more than 4 years exp in IT field How would you suggest for my next step to finding a job in Singapore? Maybe someone with experience in this situation can enlighten me. Thank you.
