does having an EPEC of Singapore make you eligible to work in Singapore?
I'm filling details in JobsDB and is asked the eligibility to work in Singapore. I'm not a Singaporean. I have an EPEC (employment pass eligibility certificate).

- once you get hired here, your employer will process a work permit for you, normally it takes 2-3 weeks processing
- not all can.. as it still all in MOM's decision if they can give you a work pass or not. as many foreigners applying for jobs in singapore, a lot of them alsao have epec. and don;t have jobs, just bec they are foreigners. and i know personally a person who doesn't have an epec who got a job just bec. he is a favourable race in singapore. and some of them paid a big money from an agency in singapore to be issued a work pass. as many says singapore has a big racial discrimination.
