Qualification and Experience: Degree in Agriculture with 3 years minimum experience in Sales/Marketing of Fertilizers. Should have working knowledge of the local language of the state to be posted, in addition to English.
Upper age limit : 35 years as on 01.05.2020. Relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates.
Remuneration: Consolidated pay of Rs 25,000/- per month and an annual increase of 3%. Eligible for Leave, Provident Fund, & TA for duty travel asper TA Rules.
Senior Manager (Sales)
Degree in Agriculture with 9 years minimum experience in Sales/ Marketing of Fertilizers. Should have working of the local language of thestate to be posted, in addition to English.
Those retired from PSUs/ Co-operatives can also apply
Upper age limit should be 62 years as on 01.05.2020.
Remuneration: consolidated pay of Rs 30,000/- per month and an annual increase of 3%. Eligible for Leave, Provident Fund, & TA for duty travel as per TA Rules. Fixing of higher consolidated pay will also be considered to those with higher experience/ retired employees, at the discretion of the
management.
