1. Degree of a recognised university.
2. FCA or FICWA or M.Com 1st Class (Specialisation in Finance) with MBA 1st Class(Specialisation in Finance).
Company Secretary : 1 year post qualification experience as a Company Secretary in a reputed organisation.
Finance Manager : 10 years post qualification experience of which at least 5 years should be in a Senior Managerial Capacity in a registered company having annual turnover more than 20 Crores.

Company Secretary : Rs.22375-1250-26125-1660-29445-1880-40725-Salary revision due from 01.07.2018
Finance Manager : Rs.19275-1180-31075-1250-43575-1660-51375-Salary revision due from 01.07.2018.
The age limit will be below 45 years as on 30.04.2019 with usual relaxation to SC/ST/OBC.
Higher start in basic pay will be considered in deserving cases. Other benefits such as DA, HRA, PF, ESI, Medical Reimbursement etc. will be given as per the rules of the Corporation.
