Qualification:

Veterinary Assistant Surgeon

Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a University included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule to the Indian Veterinary Council Act. 1984 (52 of 1984) with registration in the Veterinary Council of India or State Veterinary Council. EXPERIENCE- 2. Three years’ experience in disease investigation and treatment work in a large institutional livestock farm preferably a sheep farm.

Associate Professor/ Sr. Lecturer in Education 

Second class M.Ed of a recognised University or equivalent. (ii)Five years experience in teaching preferably in a University College, after obtaining the post- graduate qualification

Specialist Grade-III (Medicine)

A recognized Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree qualification included in the First Schedule or second Schedule or part II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in the Part II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) Post-Graduate Degree or diploma in the concerned speciality or super speciality, namely Doctor of Medicine (Medicine) or Doctor of Medicine (General-Medicine). (iii) Experience Three years’ experience in the concerned speciality or super speciality after obtaining the first post graduate degree or five years’ experience after the post graduate diploma.

Specialist Grade-III (Ophthalmology) 

A recognized Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree qualification included in the First Schedule or second Schedule or part II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in the Part II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) Post-Graduate Degree or diploma in the concerned speciality or super speciality, namely Master of Surgery (Ophthalmology), Doctor of Medicine (Ophthalmology) or Diploma in Ophthalmology, or Diploma in Ophthalmic Medicine and Surgery. (iii) Experience Three years’ experience in the concerned speciality or super speciality after obtaining the first post graduate degree or five years’ experience after the post graduate diploma.


Functional Manager (credit)

Bachelor’s degree in Economics /Commerce/Business studies from a recognised University/Institute. (with three years experience) OR (ii) Master’s degree in Economics Commerce/Business studies from a recognised University/Institute, (with one year experience) Note Thequalifications are Relaxable at discretion of Union Public Service Commission for reason to be recorded in writing in case of candidates otherwise well qualified
