Laboratory technician
Collect samples to be tested, register, test, store, and dispose of them in accordance with applicable standard laboratory quality procedures.
Before each test, ensure each equipment is in good working order and calibrations are up to date; carry out routine maintenance as well as performance checks, when required.
Conduct the required tests and record the results accurately.

Chemical Laboratory Manager
Manage and expand upon the existing chemical laboratory scope of analytical testing
Oversee the implementation of additional testing by use of instrumentation techniques utilising for example, Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry and Inductively Coupled Plasma – Optical Emission Spectrometry.

Boat Operator
Maintain FME’s small boat fleet – perform basic engine servicing, fiberglass repairs and other maintenance duties as required
Perform role of helmsman/ skipper on projects as required
Ensure all Safety related items are serviced and maintained as per procedures and inform Operations department of any short comings.
