The Embassy of Pakistan Job Openings

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), which was established on November 8, 2006, under a Presidential Ordinance, shall have Ministry of Commerce as its administrative ministry. TDAP is the successor organization to the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) and is mandated to have a holistic view of global trade development rather than only the ‘export promotion’ perspective of its predecessor. Designated as the premier trade organization of the country, TDAP shall be a dedicated, effective, and an empowered organization, which shall be professionally managed.

The Embassy of Pakistan requires services of a Trade Development Officer to assist the Commercial Attaché in promotion of trade and investment activities.

» TRADE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

• To assist the officer in planning and arrangement of promotion and investment events.
• To maintain office record, data base of importers, exporters and prospective investors.
• To prepare product and incident reports.
• To ascertain the demand, supply and price fluctuations of various products through market surveys.

Required Qualification & Expertise:

• Masters degree in Business / Finance / Commerce or related fields.
• Must be fluent in Arabic & English (both Spoken & Written)
• Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)

• May involve frequent travelling within and outside Riyadh, so must have vehicle with valid
driving license.
