Provide control systems support and enhancement services for existing Control Systems, and act as technical expert for all matters related to Control Systems obsolescence across Dolphin Energy’s operations. Ensure timely provision of efficient and reliable services to support smooth and safe operations.
Prepare and manage life cycle management plan for Control Systems to ensure that all such systems are maintainable for sustained and optimized plant operation.
Participate in the commissioning and acceptance testing of upgraded installed systems. Test new release of systems and application software before installation. Review automation technical design. Coordinate with the Operations division and vendors on related issues.
Provide technical and troubleshooting support to all system users and production and maintenance teams. Ensure testing and debugging of control systems before handover to operation and solve complex system user problems.

Assists in the preparation and presentation of proposals on the strategy. Sets objectives and work plans for Corporate Strategy Consultants and monitors their performance against agreed standard and deliverables (in terms of quality of work, time-scales and budget).
Sources, negotiates and recommends selection of Consultants and Agencies including participating in fee negotiation, determining contractual structure and defining scope of work.
Cultivates cordial relations with the media and press to develop a strong working rapport aimed at Dolphin’s benefit. Develops guidelines for managing press / media in consultation with Communication Director and advises Dolphin employees on established protocol and guidelines.

»Contracts Engineer
Prepare contractual and commercial aspects of any Project tenders, in consultation with the user departments. Prepare and compile tender/contract documentation, with Legal and Finance groups to ensure viability, legality, interpretation and ease of administration.
Develop the bidders list(s), including any pre-qualification exercises and evaluations required.
Perform tender administration activities, including preparing tender clarifications, tender bulletins, and conducting pre-tender meetings.
Coordinate the technical and unpriced commercial evaluation of tenders and conduct the subsequent priced commercial evaluation of technically acceptable tenders. Prepare the techno-commercial evaluation report and recommendations.
